Refund & Return Policy

At Luxe Bond Jewelry, we only offer refunds or replacements in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or broken.

Damaged or Defective Items Only

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives broken, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@luxebondjewelry.com.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or style preference

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sale items or gift cards

Items that are used, worn, or altered are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period as required by law. However, refunds are still limited to items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
